Terms of Service

By accessing or using OrbitCircles, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use OrbitCircles.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use OrbitCircles, and you're responsible for making sure your use of the service complies with any laws that apply to you. OrbitCircles is not directed at children, and you must not use it if you are under the age required to use online services in your jurisdiction without parental consent.

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and profile.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
• Let us know at hello@orbitcircles.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

When using OrbitCircles, you agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate other users.
• Post content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Share spam, malware, or deceptive product listings or links.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to OrbitCircles or other users' accounts.
• Scrape or collect data from OrbitCircles beyond normal, intended use of the product.

We may review reports of behavior that violates these Terms, but we don't guarantee proactive moderation, verification of users or products, or that harmful content will always be caught or removed.

You retain ownership of the content you post -- profile information, chat messages, products, logos, and links. By posting content on OrbitCircles, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate and provide the service (for example, showing your product to other users in Discover). You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you post, including product logos and links.

Products on OrbitCircles may include links to external websites and social profiles that we don't control. Clicking those links takes you outside OrbitCircles, and we aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Listing a product on OrbitCircles does not mean OrbitCircles endorses, vouches for, or has verified that product, its claims, or the person/team behind it.

OrbitCircles helps people meet and discover products, but we don't guarantee any particular outcome from using it -- including connections made, traffic or clicks received, number of followers or users, investment, sales, or any other business result. Your experience and results depend on how you use the platform and factors outside our control.

OrbitCircles' branding, logo, product name, and the underlying software are owned by us and are not covered by the license you grant us to your own content above. You may not use OrbitCircles' branding without our permission.

You may stop using OrbitCircles at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to OrbitCircles or other users. Where practical, we'll try to let you know why. You can also reach us at hello@orbitcircles.com with questions about your account status.

OrbitCircles is an early-stage, evolving product. We may add, change, or remove features, and the service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or issues outside our control. We'll try to avoid unnecessary disruption but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

OrbitCircles is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (to the extent permitted by law) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrbitCircles and its team won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to OrbitCircles is limited to the amount (if any) you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms as OrbitCircles evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Effective date” above. Continuing to use OrbitCircles after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
